21st Century Jazz
Anyone who is viewing this having already purchased "Songs For My Funeral" should be slightly hestiant! Not in a bad way but just that this is totally different and earth shattering stuff.

This album is really special. Drawing from songs from N77's "The Garden", Benedic has enlisted 7 special talents to really bring his music to life. (amazing A & R here from Robert Luis)

This is "21st century Jazz" as Luis puts it himself on the back of the sleeve. Meeshing Mike Ladd with Mingus and Cinematic Orchestra with the frenetic pace of Jaga Jazzist. Merging all types of styles from hip/hop to gospel this encompases jazz and all the music its touched since its birth!!!

Buy this if you love Jazz, hip/hop, breaks, electornica or you just simply like great music and listening to a band play with passion and love!

A very good explosive listen and it will certainly open your ears!!

i like fairly hard hitting earthy music such as mingus, max roach, four tet etc and this didn't disappoint. proper instruments sounding like a group.
