Nothing like as good as volume 1
Gilles set the bar exceedingly high with the excellent volume 1. Unfortunately volume two fails to live up to the standard set by it's predecessor which unearthed some undiscovered soul jazz gems. This edition of the series proves that rarity does not necessarily equate with quality; many of the tracks are frankly dull. One for the trainspotters.
