Simply pour a little water in the base of your Wok and then place your Steamer into the Wok so that it rests on the sides but above the water level, when heat is applied steam will develop and be given off which will cook your food to perfection. An added bonus with your Swift Spice Steamer is that, unlike cheaper alternatives, it is held together with Bamboo Twine rather than metal staples which allows it to be used in a microwave. Please wash in warm soapy water rather than a dishwasher.

Bamboo Steamer
Once I had it the right way up it was very simple and effective.
Fish takes about 10 minutes, veg about 4 minutes.
Could have done with a few recipes or some cooking times with it, but over all very pleased.
