The Multi-fit cartridge uses a mixture of carbon and ion exchange resin to remove hardness, chlorine, heavy metals such as lead and copper, and other organic impurities to improve the taste, smell and appearance of cold and hot drinks.

Cheap and good quality filters
This mylti-fit water filter cartridge can easily fit into my Brita jug to replace the old Brita filter cartridge. And it's cheaper than the original Brita designed cartridge. It has the Brita quality which is great. It arrived a few days earlyer. Recommanded.

Nice
These do their job pretty well, and I suppose the only evidence would be the taste of the filtered water. Perhaps as well as the taste, appearance could also be a factor to determine the quality of these things.

Anyway, both taste and appearance are top class, and after drinking this, you can appreciate the sometimes slightly odd taste and texture of tap water.

Brita multi-fit water filter cartridges
Not long after I bought my trusty Kenwood water filter jug, I couldn't find the specific filter cartridges, which was very frustrating. Fortunately Brita's multi-fit ones saved me from having to buy another jug, and have been doing so for years now.

Instructions to prepare them for use are simple, and the water produced has saved me having to constantly de-fur my kettle (I live in a very hard water area).

I suspect that it won't be long before these cartridges and the jugs they allow to stay in use will be consigned to history, but they've extended the life of my jug.

Personally, I don't care for the taste of the water straight from the jug (even with ice and a slice of lemon), but it's great for tea and other hot drinks.
