very good for the gym
Totally love my bottle, it's amazing. I put about 30ml of cordial in the bottom of the bottle and then another 30ml in the little resevoir. At the gym I can mix the cordial with water from the cooler. I get two really good drinks for the fraction of the price of a bottle of juice.

good ,strong and the fact that you can put the inner inside the freezer is great allthough it is diffucult to get out of the bottle ,thats why I have'nt given it five stars

Shoddy considering the brand...
I bought this for my son to take to school and within 3 weeks it had broken. The bit that you pour water into then place in the freezer snapped off. Unfortunately this renders the bottle unusable as it makes the drinking hole huge (way bigger than the mouth of a fizzy drinks bottle!) and stops it being leakproof.
Very disappointed.
