Started off well........!
I guess this programme has been very successful for many people. Sadly, despite starting well, I found the book a bit boring and repetitive and the tapes were fine for the first few HOURS! Soon got bored of listening to the same voices DRONING on about their experiences. Instead of feeling inspired, I felt like I was looking in a window from the outside wondering what everyone inside was talking about! Didn't work for me. I have since sold my copy at a boot sale. Umm!

This book has told me the truth about why I was fat, and seemed to be totally unable to loose weight.
But it also gave me the recipe for freedom from my total obsession with food and dieting, and told me how I could loose the weight once and for all. And so I did. I have been free and slim for 3 years now. It was hard work in the beginning but now I do it without effort. I just enjoy food, my life and eat when I am hungry.
I got a valuable support from the good people at the 007 e supportgroup at yahoogroups. Its free and there are some amazing people there who are working with this and helping eachother at the same time.
