Real peace and joy in 3 formats!5
This is an intriguing format - it offers a bit of everything! A CD, a DVD and a Book! You can be forgiven for thinking where shall I start? The answer to that is with the book! The book tells you when to use the accompanying CD and DVD.

The CD provides guided audio meditations by Nguyen Anh-Huong and the running time is 76 minutes, the DVD is a walking meditation by Thich Nhat Hanh of about 34 minutes. The book is 56 pages

Thich Nhat Hanh is a Zen Master in the Vietnamese tradition, who is author to over 40 books and Nguyen Anh-Huong is a dharma teacher ordained by him who has taught Mindfulness Practices across the US since 1988

This is a really nice production, providing guidance on walking meditation which is literally meditation while walking. The natural calming effects to be experienced by a walking meditation helps open our eyes to the beauty of our planet and can even enable us to deal with powerful emotions gently and peacefully until we have the mindfulness to act with compassion.

Here is a wonderful excerpt from Thich Nhat Hanh:

"If you think that peace and happiness are somewhere else and you run after them, you will never arrive. It is only when you realise that peace and happiness are available here in the present moment that you will be able to relax. In daily life, there is so much to do and so little time. You may feel pressured to run all the time. Just stop! Touch the ground of the present moment deeply, and you will touch real peace and joy."

Highly recommended and a great accompaniment to your meditation and mindfulness practice.
