NO need to worry
I bought this Littlelife Toddler Daysack without realising that it had reigns attached. We were going to get creative as we did not like the idea of the strap reigns. It has been the best buy for us. My 2 year old loves putting it on and does not feel he is being restrained. Sometimes he complains when he needs to take it off!! You can put in a few things in the bag. We found that an emergency supply of nappies and wipes was just perfect.

Walk-about made easy!
I've always hated the look and idea of reins but as my son really will charge off and won't hold my hand, I felt I had no option if we were to ever enjoy a walk together. This daysack is perfect and has made us both much happier (and so much less frustrated!!).
The bag has a reasonable capacity when you consider that a small child has to carry it. I can fit in a nappy, some wipes, a snack & his sippy cup - perfect for a walk (and I normally only ever need his water anyway). I was so surprised with just how far he could walk once I actually let him - just remember they have to get back too!
The only reason that I have given it 4 stars is because the chest strap is not adjustable. In this cold weather my son's thick coat makes it a little tricky clicking it together which is fine now, but I do wonder how it will be next winter once he's grown.
All in all an excellent buy - I'm so glad we have it!

Excellent!!
I brought this for my 2 year old son, and it's fab!! It's great for when we are out and about shopping or at the park. My son loves to pack some bread for the ducks into his 'special backpack', and I can keep him restrained near the pond while he feeds the ducks! I would definitely recommend this!
