Excellent
I purchased this product for use with my laptop and this could not have been easier to set up. The USB connector clips into the underside of the mouse when not in use which preserves battery life and also keeps it all together when on the move. The mouse is compact so is easy to take with you if you are on the move but is just the right size for use - some laptop mice look really small but this one isn't.

I would highly recommend this product to anybody who is looking for a wireless mouse.

Yes - Microsoft can be good value
Works really well, self-installs, and a very nice price. If I had to be picky, then maybe the USB stick could be smaller, but it clicks nicely away in the base to compensate (whilst switching it off). A separate on/off switch might be useful, but the battery life is really long, so maybe that won't be an issue.

Excellent product & support but difficult to install
Excellent wireless mouse for laptops. Standard 2-button operation plus scroll wheel and additional customisable third button. Had problems synchronising mouse and laptop during installation but received excellent support from Microsoft which fixed the problem.
