My stand doesn't rock well, it hits a point both back and forth where it lurches through uneven surfaces on the rocker base. When I received it, it was scratched, scuffed, dirty, marked with what looks like red crayon and was chipped in places. It has the potential to be a really nice stand, but, despite arriving boxed as new, mine looked as though it had seen better days. I can't recommend it to anyone, it's not worth wasting money on.

Not bad for the price
It is made from very light weight cheap wood, however when gently put together it serves its purpose well. It doesn't seem to rock very well on carpet but i suppose thats the case with most rocking items. For a cheap moses basket holder it does its job.
