The Maxi-Cosi EasyBase is a semi-universal base for connecting the Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix (sold separately) in to your car. It is not compatible with the CabrioSeat.
The EasyBase can be used on a forward facing seat fitted with an automatic or static 3-point seat belt (check the car fitting list at Maxi-Cosi.com)
There’s minimum chance of wrong installation due to clear belt routing, and you get optimal feedback on the right installation of the CabrioFix on the base through a colour indicator on the side of the base. A colour indicator shows whether the support leg has the right length, the support leg is adjustable, it automatically snaps into right vertical position. The Maxi-Cosi EasyBase is group 0+ in combination with a Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix. It’s for children up to 13 kilograms, that’s from birth until around 12 months old, and it conforms to ECE R44/04.

Car Seat is made easy!!!
Being my first baby and a small car; I was aware that car seats are a nightmare but this base seat takes the stress away!!!! Easily worth it!! I would say one essential must!
So easy to use and install
This makes the maxi cosy seat so easy to fit not to mention the added safety this brings to you little one. It fits a 2009 A4 and a 2005 Polo pefectly.
Not Isofix !
This Product is NOT the ISOFIX BASE it is the "Semi Universal"
