Citizen Watch
I purchased this watch on 28th June, 2009. Delivery period was quoted 2nd to 6th July (4 to 6 days) It is now
30th July (over 1 month) and I have not received delivery
of the watch. I have been in touch with the supplier several times, promises have been made on delivery. So far to no avail. My most recent e.mail enquiries have not
been answered. I regard this as very, very poor customer
service. Although I have been offered a refund, I would
rather have the watch, that is why I purchased it in the
first place. I therefore cannot review the product.
