Customer Reviews
mr bump, simple yet highly amusing
mr bump is loved by all, my favourite as a child, i bought this as a gift for my girlfriend since she loves him too & was amused by the fact the more you interact with him the more he says.
so yeh the toy is a decent size & the batteries are included & once you remove the little strip on the battery bit the number of phrases & sounds he makes with seem to go on forever.
you dont have to squeeze too hard to make him make a noise, you dont have to fling him around, you can just cuddle him so i think this makes him a great gift since you arent encouraging a child to be violent with a toy.
mr bump amused everyone far longer than the video consoles did & is certainly value for money.
one thing though is dont let your child bash their head on the back of mr bump, this is where the battery bit is located & isnt padded that well, a couple of us discovered this when mr bump was lobbed at us.
mr bump is a great xmas present
A great stress reliver - makes the kids laugh.
We didn't pay full price for this but got it when it was on sale. weren't expecting much, it's a bit of a gimmick but actually went down great with the kids on his first day. They love that fact that it's something they are actually encouraged to drop and hit and the different sayings and noises seem endless so he doesn't get boring too quick. My little boy spends ages hitting him till he can make him say " oh poopity poo" - v childish I know but then he is a child. He is not a "Played with every day" toy but he lurks in the toy box until something knocks against him when he utters and "ouch" and then is dragged out of a bit of a beating. Only downside of him really is that you can feel his pretty hard battery pack inside of him and with the kids being encouraged to chuck him around, I worry that they will hit each other with him and could get a bit of a bump as he's not completely soft. Very fun novelty though and seems to be sticking around/ Visiting children go mad for him the first time they see him .
Good Fun
Kids have a good laugh with this. When you hit or throw him he talks. Mr Men fans will enjoy it.
