Mine didn't work but the customer service was great (thus 3 stars)...
This is a nice idea. The padding is very nice and the product itself doesn't feel cheap. All the same, mine didn't work as advertised. I opened the arms using the button, put in my iphone, and closed the arms down (I didn't wrench them down or anything, I just closed them down until it got tight plus a click or two). The little gear device that is supposed to lock it into place is simply insufficient and the arms would immediately click open a bit. The phone was still in there kind of tight, I could hold it upside down and my iPhone wouldn't slip out. But when I tugged on it, it felt very loose. There is no way I'd trust using this with my iPhone on a bicycle.

That said, I contacted customer service via email and they wrote me back promptly and gave me a full refund, no questions asked. So maybe I got a lemon, who knows. If you feel like you want to give this product a try, maybe you'll have better results. If not, it seems that U-Bop will take care of you.

Not to be trusted!
Whilst the cradle holds the iphone, the cradle does not sit securely onto the device that attaches to the handlebar. I have used it once and it was a disaster, it fell off three times at lightest of touches. When I got home it was hurled to the back of the garage where it will remain. My iPhone now has some war wounds and I have wasted £10. Avoid this product and spend a little more (if you value your phone and temper).
