Marware iPhone sport grip
I used this for 12 months and it was ideal. It doesn't slip from the car central console/dashboard, protects the phone (I've dropped mine 20-30 times on the floor...!) and is easy to wash with tap water if dirty. It's worth noting that after 12 months it does begin to stretch but hey, it's only a few quick to buy another or even think of upgrading your phone! The only negative point is that being made of rubber, it does take 2 seconds longer to pull it out of your jeans pocket!
