The Zyliss® Multipeeler is a versatile battery-operated peeler ideal for peeling hard vegetables, soft fruit, and even slicing chocolate and parmesan! The Multipeeler is available in red, blue, lime and grey and is part of the extensive range of Zyliss® kitchen tools and gadgets designed with quality, functionality and durability in mind.

The Multipeeler’s unique battery operated design enables it to peel thinly, retaining nutrients in the fruit or vegetables and minimising wastage.

By pressing the on/off button once, the tough electric motor rotates at 8,000rpm powering two blades, each with 70 micro teeth. The oscillating blades then easily and safely remove peel without the need to apply lots of pressure. The Multipeeler can peel carrots, potatoes, runner beans, tomatoes and kiwis, as well as thinly slicing chocolate and cheese.

Why not make your own sauces by using freshly peeled tomatoes using the Multipeeler. Or add finishing touches to pasta dishes by thinly slicing cheese on top, or decorate delicious desserts with fine slices of chocolate. It’s ergonomic handle is easy to grip making it ideal for those with limited hand mobility, and the useful built-in de-eyer tool can be used to remove blemishes from fruit and vegetables.

After use, simply rinse the water resistant head under running water to clean. The green peeler is supplied with 4 x AA batteries and is also available in the following colours.

Zyliss Multipeeler
This may be a useful addition to the kitchen if you have arthritis or similar making it hard to use a manual peeler. Even then, it was relatively heavy with the batteries. Otherwise, a manual peeler is far quicker and more effective than this useless article which I sent back for refund.

Slow motion
It's huge!! Great for arthritic people and good for soft fruits, but, as for potoatos, keep using the old cheap versions and you'll finish in half the time.

This is a great little gadget, I've just got one and have to say it really is quick and easy to use once you've got the hang of it.
