More Than One Use
Not only does my son enjoy drawing with these, but I have used them for marking fabric when doing sewing projects, and they always wash out easily.

On the few occasions that my son has drawn on something other than paper, the ink wiped off with just a wet cloth. I also like the Crayola Big Washable Crayons (8 Pack).

Good Quality
I can't comment on whether these are washable or not because luckily my 2 year old has only drawn on paper or his own skin so far! These pens are the best quality felt tips I've bought. The cheaper ones' nibs seem to disappear into the pen with him whacking them onto the paper, but these ones seem to be resistant to his force!

You can rely on these to wash out easily, so you don't need to worry if they get on clothes, walls etc. Good quality, nice colours and wipe off easily - very important!
