    A decent phone!4
    I've had this phone for 6 months now and have had no problems (except it declined to read numbers from my mobile's sim card but the small print says it wont for 3G ones) and I like it's simplicity and nice design.

    The other reviewer of this product must just have got a dud - one thing I specifically like is that if the batteries need replacing and all batteries will at some point down the line you can just stick in any rechargeable ones. You don't have to pay the ripoff prices that battery packs for handsets can cost.

    Excellent Value very classy phone5
    Its a very classy phone - I have tested it all over my flat and I get a dialling tone wherever I was.

    I did transfer my sim card over although I can see where some people may have problems as the otherwise excellent instruction book does not make it clear in which direction it should be inserted - anyway it worked on my phone.

    The weight of the handset is just right.

    Its a doddle to set up and is a pleasure to use.

    If you are looking for a phone that actually works, do NOT buy this phone or any other BT Synergy phone. I bought this phone to replace an older version which had developed a habit of cutting out when you pressed buttons or tried to answer a call. I was shocked to find my new phone did the same thing, straight out of the box!

    Searching the net, it seems loads of people have the same problem.

    Avoid this phone!

    Avoid BT phones!

    Its cheap but dont be fooled, there is a good chance it won't work!
