Great but...
These are great for aerobic or step workouts, but i just want to point out that the weight is actually 1LB each and not 2LB. The tube they come in states " 2LB PAIR (1LB EACH)"

Because of this i will be sending mine back and reordering the 5LB weights which will be more suitable at 2.5LB each, to use with my Tracy Effinger Squeeze workouts, and the Tracy Anderson Mat Workout.

The quality is great and they feel nice and snug on. The inside is a soft terry fabric which means it's comfortable and should soak up any sweat.

2lb weights
These are awesome. They are soft and comfortable to wear either on your wrist or ankle. You hardly know you have them on. They are also lined in terry towelling, so don't make you sweat. I Love them.

Comfortable
Easy to put on and comfortable to use. They are 1lb in weight each which is good for beginners.
