Customer Reviews
Superb - easy to read, comprehensive guide
This book was just what I was looking for - an easy-to-read guide to buying in Morocco that has plenty of facts and stats too. It has detailed region and city guides, going beyond the usual major resorts, plus chapters on culture shock, property types, living and working, useful phrases, handy websites and loads more.
There's plenty of information on investing, holiday homes and buying to live in the country - the part I'm interested in - and it covered all of the issues I'd thought of, as well as bringing to my attention plenty that I hadn't even considered.
As Morocco is considered to be the next Dubai, there's a surprising lack of books out there on the property market. I've already read Abby Aron's 'Buying a Property in Morocco', but that's now a few years old. For all the latest market information, this book is simply brilliant and I'll be taking it with me on my next house-hunting trip.
Highly recommended.
