Well researched and informative
This is a thorough work on all aspects of buying properties in France. It is particularly detailed on the french taxation system and rules of inheritance. Personally, I would have preferred more on regional characteristics but overall it is a good book and excellent value for money.
Expert advice on Property buying & renting in France
Fantastic book, which offers detailed advice on purchasing property in France. Detailed information on finance & law which is so important. However, author seems to be writing this book from a certain perspective: for UK citizens only. I am a New Zealander residing in London. This helps me OK but not for international citizens wishing to buy property in France say from the USA...
