Brilliant!5
This book is fantastic. I bought this book from Rachels' shop in Woodley and it has been a wonderful source of information. I am new to sugarcraft and cake decoration and this book is great at "breaking down" the terminolgy with a pictorial guide of all the tools - a must have when your reading instructions on something you havn't ever done with a tool you can't visualise! There is information on the lastest products, recommendations and alternatives. Rachel has included professional tips, Don't forget tips and Thinking Ahead tips as well as receipes for a variety of cakes (inc Diabetic) and butter cream icing. Information on the best way to cut a cake, a portion guide and how much sugarpaste is needed to cover a cake makes this book a bible.
