Customer Reviews

Beautiful to own......but not the clearest diary layout4
This covetable cult pairing of diary and slimline notebook is the stuff of every stationery junkie's dreams. The quality is excellent, and the red cover delectable. It also comes with a small five tab notebook nestled in a gusseted (ahh, love that word "gusset") pocket at the back of the diary. Plus three ridiculous sheets of diary stickers.

Just to be boring however, this is NOT an easy diary to find your way through - the month names are small and greyish, hence difficult to flick forward to a particular month.

Nevertheless, this is a thing of beauty, and if not a joy for ever, certainly for 18 months.

Mmmmm, lovely!4
Just got this today and it's BEAUTIFUL. I have to agree with Book Groupie that it isn't the clearest diary in the world, and the stickers are naff. Not sure why they're there at all, but if we have to have stickers, what about duckies and bunnies - then I can give them to the kids?

I got over the "hard to read" months by using 6 different coloured highlighters to colour the corners of each month page - so I have a rainbow in the top Right Hand corner. A bit of a faff but a labour of love.

This set really does demand very neat handwriting to do it justice. i am being really careful - it's all I can do not to salivate on the pages, they are so pleasing.

The little red notebook is also lovely, but I'm not sure why we have been given the tabbed notebook. BG is also right about the gusset - very very pleasing indeed. I'll buy more of these products.

Good, yet far from perfect.3
As for the moleskine notebooks, I am a complete addict, always carrying one or two around for scribbling in.. I absolutely adore the paper and quality of the moleskine notebooks.

As for this diary, this is the first one I've bought.. The paper is as wonderful as in any moleskine notebook, so is the cover and the overall quality of the materials.. but the layout, with the names of the months being hidden so far inside the page, in light-grey color, that you have to fully open the diary to see them.. makes it far too time consuming and difficult to find your way around this diary.

It still is beautiful though, and I will try it out for real when july starts.. probably loving the fact that it covers 18 months. Just too bad they don't come in more colors.
