Avoid at all costs !!!! Total rubbish
Bought this quite some time ago. Spent hours trying to get the thing to work properly. Had no such luck after numerous attempts. Not sure what was the problems with the device. Maybe compatability issues or just a product unable to do it's intended purpose. Buyers avoid this product, find a nice alternative.

This product is rubbish
Doesn't work on XP. The claimed user manual on the CD isn't there. I have tried this thing on several PCs and the only time it worked was on an old P2 running Win2k. This product should be withdrawn from the market under the Sale of Goods Act. It deserves a 0 Stars rating, but there isn't one.

avoid
Doesn't work. Also, didn't come with all the contents listed on the box. This is a waste of time, and comes with a handy disclaimer warning "May Damage Your Simcard".

Alternative: alot of phones come packaged with sync. software for you PC - try that instead.
