Average customer review:Product Description
This handy pocket sized text provides the nursing student with the essential information that they will need on placement. This book will act as a super quick reference guide to drugs on the ward, it contains information on common abbreviations, sites of drug administration, and a quick re-cap on how drugs work. The book also contains details of the main drug families used for treating the most frequently seen conditions on placement (for example, asthma, diabetes, and heart disease), it also covers overdoses and adverse drug reactions. The laminated wipe down paper will be very useful for students on placement.
The book will be particularly useful for nursing students that are starting their placements at year 1. Nursing students at year 2 and 3 will also find this book invaluable, and practicing nurses may also want a copy to refer to during their work.

Customer Reviews
Great little book!
This book is a great help for student nurses! Each page is plastic coated so you can keep it clean easily and the pages wont get ragged or torn!
Also for once when it says its pocket size it actually is!
small size but big information
This tiny book will easily fit into your tunic and contains
lots of useful information - possibly too much when you are
just starting out - a larger format would have been better
- even if you can't carry it around so easily. Still it is
very cheap to buy.
Great little book
What a fantastice little book for the student nurse. Full of important information. A great help.
