Phenomenal
Great book with specific strategies on how to beat cancer. I got diagnosed with cancer today - and although I had bought this book in the past to help a friend, I am glad that I had read it first. The book focuses on diet and nutrition (food combination, alkaline diet [see dr robert young]), aerobic excercise, the supremely positive effects of humour and laughter as well as religion..

Buy this book, but more importantly, use it!

Easy to read & Informative
Out of all the books I have bought and read on this subject this one was by far the easiest to read and kept my attention. The descriptions of the types of food and their benefits / downfalls are easy to understand and well laid out - more so than other more technically orientated books. I would suggest this book for an easy uncomplicated read - it is more of a biography than a guideline sometimes! I would also suggest other books on the similar subject to reinforce the views in a more technical manner.

I cried when I read what conventional medicine did to her
I have small cell lung cancer and having had chemo and radiotherapy I'm currently fasting on grapes and water then going over to the Frahm regime. It is a consise and very practical book. It gives detailed options for killing this disease succesfully especially when tradiotional medicine has failed. You cannot fail to be moved by this ladies courage and if you are in the same position that she was this book will convince you to try her regime. Buy it and do it.
