She currently works as a food stylist and culinary consultant to a number of food brands.Marja Lantinga works as a dietician at the VU Medical Centre in Amsterdam and specialises in the treatment of cancer patients. Crissie MacKency-Archer is a radiologist and psychologist and member of the Board of Governors of London's University College Hospital.

Helpful tool
A helpful book to stimulate the appetite and give a focus and some element of control at a time when all control can feel lost.

Eating during Chemotherapy
This book has some good recipes in it, but it is useless for chemotherapy patients who have to follow a neutropenic or, as it is sometimes called, a 'Clean' diet. If this had been mentioned in the write up I would not have bought this book. There is a paragraph inside which advises you to follow your specialists advice regarding food ... but by then I had paid for the book! The majority recipes use ingredients forbidden on the Clean diet.
