Customer Reviews
Decent product
I needed a Hood for my new Canon lens which sadly wasn't included in the purchase.Reviews had stated that genuine canon hoods were expensive for what they were, a piece of moulded plastic. Having searched through what was available on Amazon and in retail shops I opted for this, deciding to go for the cheap option. Delivery was quick and the product is as described, a plastic crown shaped hood that does the job perfectly. Its sturdy enough with an easy grip locking ring,a decent product, worth the money.
Currently on my 18-55mm
I use this on my 18-55mm
i get some vignette sometimes (when i forget to fix the hood correctly)
but the hood serves well.
Honest buy
Hood arrived on time, the box was not in a perfect condition, the item was not hurt though. The hood itself was less than expected ("poor" on my Canon EF 70-300 IS USM), but for this catchy price I overlooked it!
