The Arctic Butterfly SL 700 Sensor Brush is an entry DSLR sensor cleaning tool for more budget orientated consumers. The Arctic Butterfly SL 700 Sensor Brush is compact and can be easily fitted into the photographer's pocket. It uses one AAA battery and has a lower spinning speed compared to the Arctic Butterfly 724 Sensor Brush. It does not have interchangeable head with HDF( High Density Fiber) as Arctic Butterfly 724 Sensor Brush does. It comes in one size and can be used in all DSLR sensor's for removing dust and fibers.

Sensor cleaning made easy
This is quite simply a must-have product if, like me, you frequently change lenses on your D-SLR and are concerned about getting dust or other particles on the sensor and ruining your photos (or at the very least requiring time-consuming remedial work in Photoshop).

The Artic Butterfly is very easy to use. You simply remove the lens from your camera and lock up the mirror, turn on the Butterfly to (electrostatically) charge up the brush, turn it off, then sweep it lightly across your sensor to pick up any dust. Reattach your lens, unlock the mirror, and it's job done in less than 60 seconds.

This now has a regular slot in my camera bag. It's proved to be money well spent in terms of ensuring I get the most speck-free images I possibly can.

The safe and effective way to clean your sensor
We all feel a little out of our safety zone when cleaning a camera sensor for the first time. With Arctic butterfly you can easily and effectively clean away those small particles that can attach themselves to the sensor. This well built and effective cleaning brush will, if used correctly, be an invaluable asset in the photographer's maintenance routine.

If only it cleaned mirrors!
I bought this as I started to notice specks on my dslr photographs. This product is really quick to clean the sensor, however it turns out that its my mirror that needs cleaning. Sadly this butterfly doesn't clean mirrors or have a mirror cleaning attachment unlike its more expensive counterpart. So either invest in the more expensive model or buy a separate swab mirror cleaner. Also because the head doesn't detach, once the brush head gets too dirty you will need to replace the entire brush...not just the head.
