Customer Reviews
Affordable, easy to install and set up
Thanks to the wonderfully inspired SATA interface, this disc is a breeze to install. In the old days of IDE and earlier ATA interfaces you had to mess around with the jumper settings for master and slave etc. Not any more. Simply fit the drive into an available 3.5" slot, connect a free power connector and plug the supplied lead into the hard disk and the other end to a free socket on the motherboard (or PCI card).
There is no need to enter the bios settings because a CD is provided with all of the software to do it for you. The CD will partition the drive (if necessary) and format it for you without any fuss.
A 200gb drive will give you 189Gb of usable space using NTFS (standard XP Home formatting)
