Ouch, the postage1
My brother recently got a Pixma 6600D and asked me to order a set of 6 carts. Having an account with Amazon I thought these were a good price but ouch - the postage ended up MORE than the price of the cartridges.
OK, I should have checked before clicking confirm but when postage on a small package tends to be a few pounds I expected something below a fiver.
Having had a heart attack I would feel guilty passing on the postage cost in full so I shall now end up out of pocket thanks to the unclear cost.
If the email turns out to be incorrect and the postage cost ends up something more sensible I will retract but for now, cannot recommend.
Look elsewhere for free P & P

You pay through the nose to get genuine Canon cartridges but the picture you see is not what you get. All you get is the final shrink wrapping on the cartridge. No protective cardboard box and no inner envelope. IJT say it saves land fill tax. I love them - and the Salvation Army.
