Great
Once I'd got over the initial stiffness (kept looking for a lock to free) and worked out how to extend the handles....
As a small, weak person I was really impressed with how easily I can cut quite thick branches.
I've not tried one without the ratchet, but despite the review suggesting it wasn't that beneficial, I suspect it is- at least for me.
There are cheaper ones out there, and I don't know how they compare, but I suspect most aren't up to the 2" this one is.

Ratchet Shears
Not as good as I thought they would be. The rachet is excellent on secateurs but didn't seem to work as well on a larger scale with thicker branches.

Bargain
This has a been fantastic especially as it was deliverd ontmie as promised. The extending handles are fab.
