This book is filled from front to back cover with high quality photographs of the Porsche 917 from inception to the end of its career.
The photographic history is neatly broken down into the various ages of the racing history from endurance with long tail and short tail to Can-Am.
An invaluable reference book; one which you will constantly want to pick-up and before you know it be thoroughly engrossed and enthralled by the pictorial story of this legendary racing car that made history, and is the epitome of Porsche.

Hours and hours of pleasure with such a complete document! One could not wish more excellent photos.The subtitle 'The complete photographc history' is completely justified. A must for the library of every Porsche 917 fan!

Porsche 917: The Complete Photographic History
This is realy a great book, a lot of very new pictures and in good print quality. The story about the 917 finds no end and so everyone can find something new in this book. Only very few is missing, so the last victory of a Porsche 917K - the 1000km of Paris 1971. But never mind I'm happy wizh this new book.
