Customer Reviews

A great book for a beginner!4
I found the projects in this book both quick and easy with instant results. The designs are easy to adapt for different occasions and I always got a good response from the recipient. Additionally, the projects use materials readily available in any art or craft shop. The only down side is that not all of the designs photographed in the book (and there are alot) had instructions for making them, which is infuriating as there are some great ideas. However, overall this is a very useful book (especially for someone starting out in card making) as there is nothing complicated about the techniques and no requirement for specialist materials.

Good for beginners2
I'd say that this book is more suited to people who are just starting out in card making as many of the cards featured are quite basic and simplistic. I found that the best cards in the book are those found in the image galleries that occur throughout, rather than the ones featured in projects. If you already make cards and are looking for a new challenge or new ideas then you might be disappointed by this book. Get it from the library instead!!

Excellent - loads of ideas to get you started5
This book is ideal for both beginners and more experienced card makers. It has loads of examples to inspire you to make your own designs, as well as step by step instructions and lists of materials required.

An inspiration!
