Highlights
A good selection of the last 10 years of rugby in the southern hemisphere. The DVD covers each match but it does seem to skimp a bit on some of the classic matches as well as moments. Some of the greaest matches are quite quickly covered, the 80 odd points the boks and the blacks racked up in SA in 2000 is not covered enough for me nor were the 2 trans tasman classics of the same year, to name just 2. Some of the finest individual moments are also shown all too briefly, the All Blacks team try against Australia in their home match of 2000, was only partly shown and was crying for a slow mo replay and there are many other fine efforts that warrant a more than one showing and from a few angles. In short there is more to each match than just the tries and the end score and more could have made of the whole story behind each year. This might have made the DVD longer than 97 minutes, but for what is consistantly the competition with the highest quality rugby in the world, it would have been worth it. There are no features on the DVD other than chapter selection and image quality is not superb either, but it is reasonable. In short, some damn good rugby, but you'll be rewinding a few times to see your favorite bits again.
