As Good as Any Other Starter Book on the Subject4

If you have recently purchased a fish tank or are seriously thinking about getting one, then a book like this (and to be honest there are lots of books very similar) is essential reading. Keeping fish successfully is a little more complicated than filling a tank with water from the tap and then bunging in some gravel and a few plants, probably plastic ones as they tend not to die.

On the other side of the coin it is not rocket science either, being able to keep a well-balanced aquarium. There are just a few golden rules that it is essential that you adhere to and this book will show you how to do it all correctly. Whether your fish are cold water species, tropical freshwater species or marines, which of course have the sea as their natural habitat.

The book gives all the usual information on how to keep the water in your tank in pristine condition, to enable your fish to remain happy and healthy. It also recommends fish that are happy together, surprisingly not all of them are and in the relatively small space of a fish tank they can become aggressive towards each other. Once you know how it really isn't that difficult to keep your tank healthy and it's much better watching than the TV most of the time.

I have already reviewed this transaction over two weeks ago! I repeat I found the whole thing excellent - both the book and the service. On top of this I saved 40% over buying from a Tropical fish shop! Tweedledum
