Alfie Lewis , the Animal, A waste of money1
I was totally disappointed with this DVD. I found it more about Alfie Lewis than an instructional Freestyle training DVD.
The DVD was poorly made; poor lighting and sound. I would not recommend this title. I would have liked to see some street scenarios and also more techniques and not what Mr. Lewis had achieved in his martial arts career, which I must say is very impressive but knowing how good Mr.Lewis is does not help me become a better Freestyle fighter.
