About the Author
Helen Nicoll worked with Jan Pienkowski for over twenty years, first at the BBC and then on the Meg and Mog titles. She owned and ran the audio company Cover to Cover for many years. Helen lives in Wiltshire.Jan Pienkowski is a celebrated illustrator of children's books. He has won the Greenaway Medal twice - for his illustration of Joan Aiken's The Kingdom Under the Sea and for Haunted House. Jan lives in London.

wonderful book!
My 3 year old daughter loves all the Meg & Mog books, they have fabulous colourful illustrations and very easy stories that children can join in with! Lots of extra illustrations that you can add on to the story!! A must for a budding book worm!!

Good contents, excellent graphics
I am using this book to teach English as a foreign language to 8 years old kids. I like its excellent graphics because my pupils can easily associate images and text. This is very helpful to make them learn new words and structures. Pupils like the story and the characters; when I read the book, they are emotionally involved, and they pay more attention in listening, miming the story and then role-playing.
