Customer Reviews
A perfect introduction to the Bible
This is a brilliantly-written children's verson of the Bible with charming illustrations. You will need some knowledge of the Bible to give your child some context, but presumably if you want to discuss the Bible with your child that won't be a problem.
Although older children will not quickly grow out of the book, children as young as two could enjoy the stories here.
Baby Bible
I bought this as a baptism gift and I think it is a good choice.
Bought for baptism gift
I bought this for a friend's baby for the christening.
It's a nice sized hardback book and looks great for a book. Quite heavy so feels like quality. However, I was a bit embarrassed by its content. It did not even try to cover the biblical stories in a recognisable form. The writing is lazy and the stories poorly written. Would have been better to have less stories but told in a better way.
Looks good on the shelf but you would not want to read to children from this book.
