Uplifting!
I was inspired to buy this album after hearing it all week-end at a Christian residential event. We hear some of these songs at Church too, and hearing these at the week-end was the nudge.

I'm really pleased with the album - my kids are singing "I love the king and the king loves me". There's some real crackers on there - Jesus Saves, Consuming fire, Happy Day. There's about 30 seconds of rap on one track which is a bit naff, but apart from that, it was a joy to listen to.

Generally, I don't buy christian music, but this was fab.

Top class praise - and a great resource oodles of stuff on the disks
This is a great package. You get the CD which is top class, with brill songs like Everything, Happy Day, Consuming Fire and yes, Light of the World - Have you heard that one?

You also get the DVD which is also great - enables you to have that praise experience in your own front room.

The DVD also comes with a talk by Mike Pilavavachivi which is good - subject on Worship and Action - keeping with the theme of Tim's 'Keep us from just singing' line.
You also get 4 songs lyrics-with visual display for those who want to sing along looking at the screen. These are ok, although the 'Everything' lyrics don't come up quick enough to do this - you sort of pause in your singing as you are waiting for the screen to reveal where God is currently in.

All in all this is one of the best CD/DVDs that I've bought. The value is great for what you get- in fact it would still be good value if you were just buying one of them.
So in short, buy it, use it.

Happy Day CD + DVD
I had heard of Tim Hughes before and knew that he had written Beautiful One which I love to sing at Church but didn't know anything else about him and hadn't seen him before. He is amazing and this album is great I cant stop playing it. It is very entertaining both the CD & the DVD we have watched the DVD on our own and in company too and I play the CD in my car nearly every day and can sing along to it. I will definately buy more of his CDs. I thoroughly recommend it go buy it. Christian music at its best.
