As smokers who have tried and tried and tried to give up will all be well aware the first step is to WANT to give up. So, once you have decided you do want to give up, buy a copy of this book.
I pretty much read it from cover to cover in under an hour. I am now free from cigarettes! The best bit is, I don't get cravings, i don't need patches or any substitute, i'm not eating to compensate and there is no huge battle in my head. In fact sometimes i go for hours without even thinking about the fact i've given up! This truly is amazing and a must for anyone who wants to give up and believes that they get some pleasure from smoking.
