A Must Have for any Corrs fan
This DVD is worth every penny. Disc 1 is a very good documentary about the Corrs of a kind that you'd not be likely to see on terrestrial television and Disc 2 is a film of the Geneva concert in November 2004. My advice to anyone buying this DVD is to watch Disc 2 first and enjoy the concert. The concert is great and a appetiser for the documentary on Disc 1. Caroline missed a lot of the gigs on the Borrowed Heaven tour because she was having her second baby and it's nice to see her at the Geneva concert. The documentary contains a lot of very interesting footage of the Corrs in their early days and that scene in The Commitments where Andrea uses some rather un-ladylike language (but it doesn't seemed to have harmed her future image). The talking head interviews with Andrea, Caroline, Sharon and Jim are very interesting. They're amazingly talented people but are very down to earth and likeable. The only criticism I have is that there is not a warning about the flickering and jerking in the home video segments. People may see this and wonder if it's a fault in their DVD player. But that doesn't really matter. This is a DVD to treasure about three girls as beautiful as mermaids, their unassuming brother and the story of their marvellous music.
Magnifique
This is a fantastic DVD and a must for every fan of The Corrs.
Superb features on the first disk with some brutal honesty from everyone on the difficulties they have faced but also how they've revelled in the good times.
The second disk is from their concert in Geneva, which is fantastic, especially when Caroline makes her appearance.
FANTASTIC
this dvd is the best one from the corrs by far, packed with so many fantastic extras that have never been seen before dating back to their childhood. it gives you and inside view of their world and what inspires them. it also shows how they have coped with the struggle of becoming popular and the death of their mother. great buy for any fan
