Cosmic Comic Making Fun!
I got this for my son (a very active 8yr old), for when he was recovering from an operation and eventually got fed-up with playing computer games. That point arrived today, and my son was thrilled with the kit, it has loads of stickers to colour, pre-printed scenes to colour, blank pages and dialog bubbles, as well as pencils and pens. Brilliant value he is now having fun while improving his pencil skills, story-telling and writing/spelling. I'm now looking for one for his very jealous sister!

Slim Value, slim activity
My 8 year old was v disappointed with this, and I think it is bad value for 8 low quality felt tips, a pencil, some blank templates and some sticker sheets. My son was disappointed with the narrow range of stickers, not enough characters, apparantly. There is nothing that you couldn't do by yourself without this kit, really, if you have any basic creative nouse. A Star Wars marketing scam.

Clone Wars Comic Maker kit
Bought two of these kits, one for a 10yr old and a 11 yr old. Both boys were really pleased with the kit and have spent hours doing it!! Great value for money and a great present if you want something a little bit different.
