It's a mix
If you're looking for a product that pushes you to exhaustion, this pedal exerciser is not for you. This is a simple exerciser that is a reasonable amount of money and does the job nicely. It comes with a little instruction book and takes about 5 minutes to put together.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone wanting to loose weight fast, its more of a blood circulation product... its the sort of thing that makes you feel better while sitting down reading the paper and eating Jaffa cakes.

Basically, it's a cheap and simple pedal exerciser which does the job nicely. And for the amount paid I am happy with it.
