Too fragile for 4 year olds
This clock has a major flaw; the face can be easily removed. It lasted about one hour, because my son wanted to take the face off and play with the hands (and they are no stronger than the hands on a grown-ups clock).

Perhaps it is better for older children, but are they still interested in Thomas at seven?

My nephew loved it!!
My nephew loves this clock. He is learning to tell time, checks it often and is a big Thomas fan. It was a huge hit!!

Great learning tool
My son loves this clock. He was 4 years old when he got it, I didn't show him that the face came off. I don't think it came off easily at all. It has helped him to learn to tell the time and is useful when trying to wake him up in the morning.
