SOOO Much FUN!!
Wow, we bought the geo trax railroad set for our 2 1/2 year old son, and he loves it! We also have some of the aditional sets that you can add on to the main set. The remotes are very easy to use, and it is also fun without the remote control. It took our son about 1 minute to figure out how to use it, and because the remotes hook up to one station he can control 1-4 remotes all at the same time. It uses a lot of batteries (for each remote controlled train it take 3AAA-train, and 3-AAAremote), so I recommend a battery charge, and rechargable batteries. It kept him happy for hours!!

good set but
i purchased this last xmas for my son,he loved it,the only problem with this is,if you loose a piece as my son has it seems impossible to get replacement bits i have tried everywhere but ni luck i have even rang fisher price and they do not sell it direct,so i ahev a set which can no longer be played with,if anyone has any idea where i can get pieces please leave a review on here

This train set is the best train set we have bought our son. He originally had an imaginarium wooden set that you just hand push. We got him this one for Christmas and he LOVES it.

The only cons to it is there are a lot of additional pieces to buy to complete the set but they are all fairly inexpensive. Also, the set is big. He had a train table that this set does not fit onto. Your best option is a lot of floor space.

Makes realistic sounds and the different buildings have things you can interact with the set...lifting boulders into the train cars, boxes, etc. The tracks snap together for a secure fit.

We really enjoy it.
