Ambiguous description - disappointing product
From the blurb we assumed that the 'rotating' rotors would actually rotate, with the aid of a battery. In fact, you have to twiddle an inaccessible knob to make them turn. The lights do flash briefly if you press a button, and there's a vaguely 'helicopterish' noise - again for a few seconds only - if you press another button, and a brief, incomprehensible voice-over if you press a third. The winch is quite fun for a few minutes. Our 3 year-old grandson, whose birthday present this was, was quietly disappointed, though much too polite (honestly!) to say so. As were we.
