Sam is complaining of bugs in his body. Pick a card to find out which bug to move. Use all your skill and coordination and carefully move the bug with t he syringe through Sam's body without touching the sides. Touch the sides and his nose lights up and buzzes, and you lose... better luck next time. Operate successfully and move the bug into his tummy with out touching the sides and you get to keep the card.

At the end of the game, add up the points on your cards. The person with the highest score is the winner.
