A quick, easy and inexpensive way to update the mapping to 2008 level on the Garmin Streetpilot C310. Whilst it still leaves the SatNav a year out of date in it's mapping, it is still cheaper that purchasing a new model, and has the advantage of enabling one to retain a SatNav whose operation one is familiar with.

Decent but hard to find POIs like restaurants in a meaningful manner
OK for driving but less suitable for walking. The s/w showed few restaurants, as we walked by many that weren't listed. I was using a Garmin Nuvi 750 and a Colorado 400t so not exactly poor or unsuitable equipment. Still, better than a paper map and relatively cheap, and Amazon delivered it quickly at a modest cost to our hotel when we realized we had left the card we purchased last year behind at home! Would have loved the s/w card for the Cotswold Way with OS mapping but those are outrageously pricey.
