It also works for the 101
Amazon seem to have a problem with Garmin kit and describing the compatability. This item works well with the 101 too. (foretrex and forerunner). The bit that straps to the bar is solid and the gps holder is fine too, although you need to make sure there is enough space to operate the release catch.

Overpriced ,poor product,flimsy and did not fit my roadbike handlebars,
had to improvise with homemade ties .
Do not buy this just use the velcro extension which comes with the 201

I have a forerunner 101, which i mainly used for jogging....However I recently did a coast to coast cycle and used the cycle function on the forerunner...This bike mount was perfect for attaching it to the bike. It is easy to attach on to the handle bars, and the forerunner clips into it perfectly. The wrist strap then can wrap around the handle and out of the way. I have used it constantly whenever on the bike and so far it has been faultless. A simple product, but it works.
